Mercari “From Your Home” // Integrated Campaign

With the entire country stuck at home under quarantine, Mercari, a mobile-first reselling app, was receiving more traffic than ever before for two reasons: 1) people needed extra money 2) people finally had time to declutter garages, closets, and basements.

To own the moment, Mercari tasked their agency with creating and launching a national campaign as quickly as possible and in under four weeks, we remotely concepted, shot, and produced “Mercari From Your Home.”

As you can imagine, this campaign presented a dizzying array of logistical challenges and this is the story behind the work…



And becuase it’s interesting to hear another perspective, one of the actor’s gave an interview describing the experience as “being under surveilance in my apartment for five hours.” But all in all, he and everyone involved  understood the difficulties of the situation. Full article here.
